Magnificent and ideal location, minutes away from Nightmare. The host showed us the property. Appreciated the perfect check-in too. This place had a quiet atmosphere.

The apartments were amazing! They were brand new and super clean, with all the amenities I needed. the location was perfect, just a quick walk to the main street with all the clubs and restaurants. And the best part was the host, Mario. He was always there to help with anything I needed.

The noise from passing cars in the morning could be bothersome for light sleepers.

We had an excellent stay at Takis. the apartment was freshly renovated and stylish, with amazing lighting. the bed was comfortable and the AC worked silently. We loved the small electric grill for making fried cheese. the apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and if we needed anything else, Marios, the owner, was always there to help. He was incredibly helpful and hospitable, even allowing us to use his phone when our own broke. Marios provided us with a list of places to visit and activities to try. It was clear that he and his family love what they do. If we ever visit Cyprus again, we will definitely stay here and recommend it to our friends. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 😊.

I stayed at Takis for 6 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The owner was accommodating with my late check-in, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette had all the essentials for cooking and the wifi connection was consistently strong. There's a convenient corner store across the road and we even got a discount at the nearby ATV hire place. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The air-conditioned apartment had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring Ayia Napa. I loved having a separate bedroom, providing privacy and a good night's sleep. The tiled floor gave the apartment a clean and modern feel. Having an electric kettle and toaster made it easy for me to prepare my breakfast every morning.

One feature I didn't particularly like was the limited bathroom space, but it's just my personal preference. Others might not mind it.
